Andrew Becks is the co-founder and COO of 301 Digital Media, primarily overseeing campaign strategy, planning and execution as well as the day-to-day operations of the agency, and functions as the primary client liaison for the company's flagship clients. Andrew is focused on building and designing systems and processes to support clients' needs, and navigate the ever changing digital and media space -- so that clients don't have to.
Colleen O’Flynn is the Director of Digital Strategy and Planning. Born and raised in Connecticut, Colleen moved to Nashville in 2015, mostly to escape brutal winters. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Connecticut (Go Huskies!) and has worked across a diverse variety of verticals within the advertising space. From pharmaceutical to healthcare to retail, and pretty much everything in between, Colleen is always up for the next client challenge.
Lauren Petermeyer is the Manager of Digital Strategy & Planning at 301 Digital Media. With a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Missouri, Lauren uses her editorial skills as the Editor-in-Chief of the Digital Insights blog, and Morethanglam.com. Lauren also has been an asset to the marketing team when it comes to ad copywriting, campaign management, digital marketing and PR efforts.
Sandi is the Director, Digital Operations & Strategic Partnerships here at 301. With 25 years of corporate & community communications experience including PR/MR, marketing, strategy development, reporting systems, marketing analyst, B2B/B2C and project management, Sandi has become an asset in her current role specializing in social media strategy/operational development.
John P Sousa is a Campaign Manager for 301 Digital Media. He has a passion for storytelling, and he's honed his skills as a writer and editor over the past 10 years. He's also spent over a decade in the digital healthcare space. He loves basketball and memes.
Joel Huber is the Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager, with a detailed, laser focus on analyzing and driving results, implementing strategic goals, and top-notch client service. Joel recently joined 301 Digital Media by way of Colorado where he led sports marketing and PR operations for a national soccer team. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati (Go Bearcats!), he brings a vast range of digital advertising insight to every campaign and has worked with clients from a broad spectrum of industries.
